With a fine tradition we hold on to the Franconian cuisine which is
famous for its specialities as asparagus, chanterelle, carp and goose.
Let us guide you through the Franconian seasons while you enjoy the one-of-a-kind
atmosphere in one of our customized diningrooms. Make sure not to miss
the classics of this unique cuisine as marinated pot roast, fried
knuckels in a creamed pepper sauce, “Schäufele” roasted pork shoulder,
roast venison and pork with potatoe dumplings, home-made cured meat in
gelatine, “Obatzter” and many more. All served daily!

Fine German cuisine and international dishes
For Gourmets we offer a various choice of international meat and fish
dishes. To give you an idea we mention just some of them: Argentine
steaks, pork tenderloin in creamed pepper sauce, Barbarie duck breast,
grilled lamb on a skewer and many more.
No matter if you plan a small get-together or a family celebration -
We are the perfect choice!
In our restaurant “Rübezahl” and our cozy “Riesengebirgsstube” you can
book a table for two as well as a family celebration. For more than 20
people we recommend one of our exclusive function rooms “ Neuhofer
Stube” or “ Frankensaal”.
